Skylar Keith Shinkle

Skylar Keith Shinkle, 11 years old, passed away, Monday, March 18, 2024 in Springerville, Arizona. He was born August 31, 2012 in Afton, Wyoming.

Skylar was well known for his bubbly personality and big heart. He would make friends in a second wherever he was. He loved to draw dinosaurs, loved Godzilla and Pokemon and the books, Wings of Fire. He loved to go on hikes and find interesting rocks. He knew everything about amphibians and marine life. Skylar wanted to be a Marine Biologist and go study the world.

Skylar is survived by his mother, Kaleen Shinkle, father, Christopher Bintliff, step-father, Martin Gallegos, brothers, Damion Shinkle, Sebastian Debuhr, sister, Rebecca Debuhr, step-brothers, Mar Gallegos, Octavius Bintliff, step-sisters, Rose Gallegos, Abigail Gallegos, grandparents, Robert and April Shinkle, Marty and Brenda Debuhr, Marcelino and Rosa Gallegos, Marlan & Lois Bintliff, great-grandmother, Jean Shinkle and uncle and aunt, James and Elizabeth Thornburg.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Eugene Shinkle and great-grandparents, Chalmers and Roberta McKenzie.
