Sandra Yvonne Rogers

Sandra “Sandy” Yvonne Rogers was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on October 26, 1947. Although born and raised in New Mexico, Sandy resided in Nutrioso, Arizona for the last 35 years. Sandy went to be with the Lord, Monday, August 8, 2022, at the age of 74.

She is survived by her husband, Bradley Rogers; daughters, Carrie Jo (Ray) Jaramillo; Teri Lynn Eldridge and fiancé, Andrew; son, Brian Eldridge, five grandchildren, Brandy (Chris) Gonzalez, Brandon Logan, Cassandra (Paul) Landry, Randi Lynn Logan and fiancé Jeremy, Sara (David) Rice, 13 great grandchildren, Cody and Lucas Gonzalez, Abigail and Elizabeth Landry, Jennifer and Hannah Logan, Jeramiah and Isaak Chavez, LaLani and DeLiLah DeLeon, Lilly, David Jr. and AaLeah Rice and many extending family members and friends.

Sandy was preceded in death by her children’s father, (as well as her first husband), Jimmy Dale Eldridge, parents, Virgil Earsie and Roberta Lee “Bertie” Anderson Darnold, sister, Debra Darnold, brother, Gerald “Dusty” Darnold and great granddaughter, Kaleigh DeLeon.

Sandra Yvonne Rogers fought a courageous battle against vascular dementia before the Lord Jesus called her home.

Calvary Albuquerque, 4001 Osuna Rd. NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109, will host a Celebration of Life service, Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. There will be a lunch reception at the church immediately following the Celebration of Life service. Later that afternoon at 3:30 p.m. a dessert reception will take place at the home of Ray and Carrie Jaramillo in Los Lunas, New Mexico. An inurnment private burial will take place in Nutrioso, Arizona at a later date. Calvary Albuquerque asks that any floral arrangements arrive the day of service by 10:00 a.m.
