Rulon Eagar Bigelow

Rulon Eagar Bigelow, 91, passed away, peacefully at his home, Saturday, December 30, 2023. Born March 15, 1932, Rulon was a lifelong resident of Eagar Arizona.

He is survived by his sister, Ann Gay Udall and has now been reunited with those who preceded him in death, including his parents, Owen Mathias and Lucie Eagar Bigelow and siblings, Virginia (Karl) Croxton, Harold (Erma) Bigelow, Robert (Glenna) Bigelow, Dennis (Judy) Bigelow and Diana (Donald) Davis.

Rulon was a lifelong resident of Eagar and owned ranches in the White Mountains and Western New Mexico. He loved his livestock and was well known for the quality cattle and horses he raised.  He was dearly loved by his nephews and nieces and spent countless hours teaching them how to farm and ranch. He was patient and gentle in all that he did, whether it was working with his livestock or spending time with family. He will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 5, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Amity building, with visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow the services at the Eagar Cemetery.
