Ronald Eugene Arebalo, 75, passed away, Saturday, September 27, 2025 at his home in Eagar, Arizona. He was born December 7, 1949 in Alva, Oklahoma, the son of Pete Paul Arebalo and Stella Margaret Kunzman.
Ron was a loving husband and friend to many. He adored his children and grandchildren. Ron was a dedicated member of AA and helped many who needed his words of wisdom. He was baseball’s greatest fan and forever a Yankee’s fan.
Ron was a physician starting his practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After moving to Springerville, Arizona he worked at White Mountain Regional Medical Center and clinics as well as the Winslow, Arizona Emergency Room. He was on the front line of the hantavirus battle doing in depth research on the virus when it was trying to take hold of people.
Ron is survived by his wife, Fara Arebalo, daughters, Aurora (James) Boddeker, Jessica (Will) Bynum, step-children, Durand (Ashley) Jaramillo, April (Luke) Eagar, brother, Steve Arebalo and 8 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and step-brother, Peter Moore of Germany.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 11, 2025. Time and location to be announced.
