Romey "Sonny" Dee Tisdell

September 23, 1937 — July 20, 2018

Romey “Sonny” Dee Tisdell, 80, passed away, Friday, July 20, 2018 at his home in Eagar. He was born September 23, 1937 in Atoka, Oklahoma, the son of Marcus Dee Tisdell and Lois Adela Marie Webb Tisdell.

“Sonny” was loved and admired by many. He was a wonderful musician and loved music. He loved his dogs and his family.

“Sonny” is survived by his wife, Lillian Tisdell, sons, Blaine Tisdell, Colin Tisdell, daughters, Cheryl Tisdell, Ronda Tisdell, 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters, 2 brothers and a son, Toy Tisdell.

A Viewing will be held Monday, July 23, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Burnham Mortuary, Eagar. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Eagar Stake Center, with visitation one hour prior.
