Raymond Allen Dutra, 78, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, hard work and deep love for his family.

A native born in Yuma, Arizona November 1, 1947, Raymond was a dedicated professional and a proud member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 469 since 1969. Above all, Raymond was a devoted family man.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Francine Dutra, his two sons, Matthew and Blaine, four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and his sister, Mary Lee Dutra.

Raymond had a genuine passion for the outdoors and a special place in his heart for his animals, holding the greatest love for his six dogs and his cat. Known for his bright spirit Raymond was someone who was always seen with a smile on his face, bringing comfort and joy to everyone around him.

A simple man at heart with a strong faith in God and Jesus, Raymond requested that no formal services be held. He will remain forever at home on his beloved acreage surrounded in spirit by the family he cherished.

He will be dearly missed and forever remembered by his family, friends, union brothers and sisters and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
