Pamela Dale Long

Pamela Dale Long, 79, passed away, Friday, September 26, 2025 in Vernon, Arizona. She was born June 30, 1946 in DeKalb, Illinois, the son of Phillip Gaffney and Hazel Graham.

Pam departed this life after 56 beautiful years of marriage to her devoted husband. Her journey was one marked by grace, curiosity and a deep appreciation for the world’s wonders.

Pam was an insurance agent for Farmers Insurance, retiring in 2006. She found joy in traveling and photography. Her photographs captured her love for the world which was reflected in every frame. Her marriage was a testament to her enduring love, built on shared adventures and love that grows stronger with time. Her spirit lives on in the memories she created, the lives she touched and the countless photographs that continue to speak her voice.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Pam is survived by her husband, Monty Long, St. Johns; son, Jason Long, Beavercreek, Ohio; daughter, Michele Pratt, Fallon, Nevada and 3 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
