Marjorie Lois Kvitkovich

March 10, 1958 — March 12, 2026

St. Johns

Marjorie Lois Kvitkovich, 68, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2026 at her home in St. Johns, Arizona. She was born March 10, 1954 in East Liverpool, Ohio, the daughter of Harold Milton Cochran and Lois Edna Wilson.

Margie was the definition of a saint; kind, patient and selfless. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, friend and Catholic. She loved life to the fullest and enjoyed every moment to the best of her capabilities.

Margie was a hair dresser by profession; however to so many in the community she was much more. She was the person you reached out to when no one else was there. She loved unconditionally and went without so others were cared for. Margie was everyone’s mom. Her house was the house everyone felt was home in both the literal and figurative sense. Margie was a huge part of so many lives. She will be greatly missed.

Margie is survived by her son, Matthew Kvitkovich, Buckeye; daughter, Merissa Kvitkovich, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania; sisters, Jenny Cochran, Maryjane Dickinson, Margaret Herzelat, 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Stephen Kvitkovich.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Barth Hall.
