Lois Jean Ford Johnson

Lois Jean Ford Johnson, 90, passed away, Friday, June 30, 2023 in Eagar. She was born October 13, 1932 in Summersville, West Virginia, the daughter of John Robert Ford and Violet Rose Bennett.

Lois was a loving mother and grandmother. Lois was a radiology clerk for Desert Samaritan, retiring in 1975. She enjoyed life as she saw it; never expecting more than she dreamed. “A mother is she who can take the place of all others, but whose place no one else can take.”

She is survived by her son, Joe Johnson, Jr., Quemado, New Mexico; sister, Diana Kalinowski, step-son, David Stotz, 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Joe Johnson, daughter, Deborah Stotz and brother, Robert Ford.
