Kristopher “Kris” John Pence, 28, passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018. He was born November 7, 1990 in Springerville, the son of Dennis John Stover, Sr. and Michelle Renee Pence.
Kris showed us how a smile can light up the world; always giving more thought to the comfort and happiness of those around him. He was always showing support and encouragement towards others to succeed in life. His passion was the exhilaration of riding his dirt bike and the elevation in life it gave him; living his life full-throttle and to the fullest. He lived by the motto #sendit.
Kris loved his family and friends and was always pulling you in for a warm hug. His laugh and side-wise smile was infectious; the instant cure to brighten up anyone who was feeling down. Kris’ smile and light will be missed.
Kris is survived by his father, Dennis John Stover, Sr., mother, Michelle Renee Pence, other mothers, Tiffany Reay, PJ Ray, Keri Rivera, Lizzy Burris, Angie Pearce, step-father, Ross Carter, brothers, DJ Stover, Kyle Uttecht, Justin Uttecht, Jameson Stover, sisters, Kayla Pence, Desiree Orona, Shania Stover, Trystn Rivera, Chey Rivera, grandparents, Leonard Rogers, Virgie Uttecht, Ken & Theresa Burger and Jim & Sherry Reay.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Alvin Stover, Arlene Raban, Judy Rogers, John Pence and Carl Uttecht.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an account at Pima Federal Credit Union.
A viewing will be held Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Burnham Mortuary, Eagar. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 7, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Eagar Stake Center, with private visitation for the family one hour prior. Interment will follow the funeral services at the Eagar Cemetery.
