Katherine "Katie" Page Franco

Katherine Page “Katie” Franco passed away, Sunday, October 14, 2018 at age 30. Katie was the beloved daughter of Ernesto and Merrill Franco and loving sister of Ana Elisa Franco-Labarga. Katie loved love and had a generous heart. As an artist and a writer, her stories and poetry shared a unique and complex view of the world. Her story telling guided listeners to experiences both humorous and tragic; so full was her ability to use words. Born in Carmichael, California, Katie was shortly thereafter adopted and lived her life in Fresno, California. She is survived by her parents, Merrill and Ernesto, sister, Ana Elisa, loved ones, Cathy Cheso and Brittany Donnelly and by numerous family members and friends in California, Puerto Rico and New England. We miss her terribly and will carry her in our hearts forever. Memorial gifts may be made to Fresno Humane Animal Services.
