Justin Scott Phelps, 58, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2026 in Springerville, Arizona. He was born March 13, 1968 in Phoenix, Arizona, the son of John Charles Phelps and Pamela Jean Powers.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Eagar Stake Center, with visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow the services at the Eagar Cemetery.
