Obituary

Douglas Arthur Sieloff, 67, born April 3, 1959 in Marinette, Wisconsin to Wayne Robert Sieloff and Jo Ann Fox, passed away peacefully at his home in Eagar, Arizona, Monday, September 7, 2026, surrounded by his family and friends.

Doug moved from Utah to Kearny, Arizona when he was a young boy. He spent most of this adult life working in construction and mining, giving him the opportunity to travel to multiple states. He retired in 2022 from Drake Aggregates in Mesa, Arizona as a heavy equipment operator. During his employment he received multiple awards; the last being the “serv” award for respect.

He and his wife relocated to Eagar in 2024. Doug was an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting, fishing and off-roading. While fishing in the White Mountains he caught his most prized catch; a 10 pound, 30 inch German Brown Trout. He also enjoyed gardening; growing the chilies he used to make salsa he shared with family and friends. Playing tug of war with his dog, Quisley also brought him lots of joy.

Doug will be missed greatly by his family and many friends for his sense of humor and talent to tell a good joke or story around the campfire.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Bobbie Sieloff, Eagar; mother, Jo Ann Sieloff, Kearny; daughter, Corrie (Chad) Mead, Apache Junction; brothers, Lloyd (Kathy) Sieloff, Arizona; Harold (Norma) Sieloff, Idaho; James Sieloff, Kearny; grandson, Wyatt Hutchinson, Marana; granddaughter, Charlee Mead, Apache Junction, uncles and numerous nieces and nephews.

Doug was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Sieloff and brothers, Jeff Sieloff and Scott Sieloff.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
