Donald Joseph Verissimo

Donald Joseph Verissimo, 82, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2017 at his home in Springerville. He was born May 4, 1935 in New Bedford, Massachusetts, the son of John and Eleanor Verissimo. Donald served his country in the United States Air Force for 22 years from 1966-1988. Upon retirement Donald’s ranking was changed to Major. Donald is survived by his wife, Caroline Verissimo and his son, Dana (Linda) Verissimo. Donald was preceded in death by his parents. Rosary will be held Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Springerville, with a Memorial Mass following at 10:00 a.m.
