Donald Bruce Thomas

Donald Bruce Thomas, 73, passed away, Saturday, March 9, 2024 in Springerville, Arizona. He was born March 18, 1950 in Scottsboro, Alabama, the son of Wyndal Burlis Thomas and Louise Wright.

Donald served his country in the United States Army from 1971-1974 and was a police officer in Glendale, Arizona, retiring in 1995.

Donald is survived by his wife, Jenny Thomas, sons, Marc Anthony (Danella) Thomas, Justin Kip Thomas, grandchildren, Justin Kip Thomas, Jr., Tatum Thomas, Brooklyn Thomas, brothers, Robert Thomas, Glen Thomas, David Thomas and sisters, Martha Dedterline and Sarah Brown.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Judy Suchorski.

A funeral service will be held Monday, March 25, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at Burnham Mortuary, Eagar. Interment will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix.
