Daniel Torres

Daniel “Danny” Torres, 35, passed away Friday, June 28, 2019. He was born September 19, 1983 in El Paso, Texas.

Danny graduated from Round Valley High School class of 2002. He loved Round Valley and called it home. Danny had a huge heart and was always there at a moment’s notice if you ever needed help, no matter the time of day. He had an infectious laugh that anyone could hear from across the room. He loved soccer, a good game of golf and the Denver Broncos. Of the many people Danny loved, no one compared to the love he had for his mother, Maria. As her youngest child he always made sure to give her everything he could, including tickets and trips so they could go to “The Price is Right!” together. Danny was also a family man. He never missed a chance to spend time with his brothers or nephews.

Danny is survived by his parents, Maria Morales and Alfonso Hilario Torres and brothers, Alfonso Torres and David Torres.

Rosary will be held Friday, July 5, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Springerville, with a funeral Mass following at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow the funeral mass at the Springerville Cemetery.
