Chase Derwent Fuentes

Chase Derwent Fuentes, 36, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at his home in Pinetop. He was born March 25, 1985 in Show Low, the son of Charles Hugh Fuentes and Marla Kay Rogers.

Chase is survived by his sons, Clive, Atlas, Lex, mother and father and siblings, Ticia (Shane) Anderson, Callie (Jeff) Trampleasure, Heath (Brecca) Fuentes, Truett Fuentes, Kindra (Drew) Ulberg, grandmother, Virginia Rogers and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Richard Rogers and Hugh and Selma Fuentes.

A viewing will be held Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at Burnham Mortuary, Eagar, followed by a graveside service at 12:00 p.m. at the Rogers Family Cemetery, Nutrioso.
