Carmen Ercelle Oakes, 85, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2026 in Snowflake, Arizona. She was born September 2, 1941 in Miami, Arizona, the daughter of Lawrence Eugene Cluff and Naomi Waite.
A viewing will be held Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, St. Johns downtown chapel followed by a graveside service at 12:00 p.m. at the St. Johns Westside Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will follow the graveside at 1:00 p.m. at the church.
