Beatrice Lillian Noble, 83, passed away, Monday, August 25, 2025 in Alpine, Arizona. She was born April 24, 1942 in Snowflake, Arizona, the son of Reginald Heber Higgins and Vaughn Dell Smithers.
Bea was a dedicated teacher at Thatcher Elementary School. After retiring she moved to Alpine and spent her time quilting and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints along with her husband, David. Together they served missions in Ghana, Africa and Orlando, Florida.
Bea is survived by her children, Donna, Colleen (Ernie), Janet (Bill), Paula, Patricia (Steve), Joyce (Denton), Wanda (Alan), Charles, 20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchldren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Paul Noble and David Noble, sister, Geraldine Hilliard and son-in-law, Anthony Buccini.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (AZ time) at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Luna, New Mexico building, with visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow the services at the Alpine Cemetery.
