Armond Neal Pearce, also known by family and friends as “Buzz” died Thursday, August 6, 2026. He was the gentle rain in a world of chaos; who touched many lives with his love, compassion and humor. Who celebrated his birthday, August 6 with his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and soon thereafter left us to celebrate with his passed loved ones on the other side.
Born August 6, 1943 to Donald Kent Pearce, Sr. and Agnes Shreeve Pearce in Eagar, Arizona, he chose to live his life in St. Johns, Arizona. They had 5 children Boots (James) Gase, Rick (Tami) Pearce, Glenn (Lana) Pearce, Maurdith, Lea (Ben) Gwin, along with 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; a legacy full of love and dedication to family and God.
Growing up a cowboy but choosing his life on an old yellow caterpillar, he enjoyed spending his time moving dirt and sharing his passion to do so with others. He will be remembered for his perfect humor, big smile and his love for all. He was a dancer of dances and loved to twirl his sweetheart around the dance floor.
He was a man who loved to write poetry and serve God in any way that he was called upon. The love for his family will continue on for generations to come.
