Charles "Chuck" Jack Freeberg

Charles Jack Freeberg, 66, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2016 in Lincoln, Illinois. He was born March 23, 1950 in Rockford, Illinois, the son of Jack and Lorine Freeberg. Chuck was a machinist for Honeywell, Inc., retiring in 2010. He was one of the very best friends anyone could ever have. He would give you anything and do anything for you at any time. He was always up for a great and fun time. Chuck was the most solid, honest, giving and fun-loving person you could ever meet. He is survived by his father, brother, John Freeberg, Byron Illinois and sister, Bonnie McBride, Rockford, Illinois.Chuck was preceded in death by his mother and brother, Tom Freeberg, and many aunts, uncles and cousins in Illinois and Wisconsin. Come join us for a Celebration of Life at the VFW Post in Eagar, Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. We will be having a potluck so please bring any dish you like and any pictures or stories you may have of Chuck that you would like to share. Chuck was a wonderful person and a great friend and will be dearly missed.
