Brian Timothy "Tim" Pentecost

Brian Timothy Pentecost, 65, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 in Springerville. He was born June 19, 1950 in Hamilton, Ohio, the son of Henry H. and Doris Jean Houser Pentecost. Brian served his country in the United States Navy from 1968-1972. He was an operator for SRP for 34 years, retiring in 2006. Brian loved to hunt and fish and had a great hobby building model cars and hanging out with good friends. Most of all, he loved his son and grandchildren and always said that everyone should have grandchildren first. The love of his life was his wife, Paula. He is survived by his wife, Paula, son, Chris (Sarah) York, Eagar; brother, Chris Pentecost, sister, Sandra Dowden and 4 grandchildren. Brian was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Michael Pentecost, and grandchildren, Garrett Rider, Cody Webb and Cade Webb. A Viewing will be held Friday, June 24, 2016 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Burnham Mortuary, Eagar. Funeral Services will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the First Southern Baptist Church, Springerville, with visitation one hour prior. Interment will be held Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Eden Cemetery, Eden.
