Ronald Louis Thebeau

November 6, 1946 — April 7, 2016

Ronald Louis Thebeau, 69, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2016 at his home in Springerville. He was born November 6, 1946 in Clayton, Missouri, the son of Louis Peter Thebeau and Ruby Jewel Arnold Thebeau. Ron served his country in the United States Army from 1965-1969 in Vietnam and Germany and was a proud member of the American Legion, and a Free Mason. Ron moved to Arizona in 1977 and worked for Bectal as a boilermaker. He later moved to Anchorage, Alaska where he worked for Chugach Electric, retiring in 2006. Ron loved his family dearly and loved his friends which he kept in contact with. He loved gardening and working on his tractors. Ron was a strong presence to his family and friends and will be missed terribly now going to the other side where more family and friends will be. He will never be forgotten and forever embedded in my soul. Ron is survived by his wife, Bernice Thebeau, sons, Brix Thebeau, Beau Thebeau, daughters, Michelle Reidt, Teirza Thebeau, brothers, Evan Thebeau, Dennis Thebeau, sisters, Linda Thebeau, Debbie Teson, Diana Bathon and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and son, Captain United States Army Special Forces, Travis L. Patriquin.
