Mollie Castillo

Mollie Castillo, 82, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at her home in Eagar, with her family by her side. She was born June 4, 1933 in Springerville, the daughter of Theodoro and Anne Romero Jaramillo. Mollie was the Head Start Director for 20 years in Springerville. She loved children; every child she encountered was one of her own. She was so proud of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She never knew a stranger and loved cooking for everyone. Her passion was caring for others. Mollie is survived by her husband, Frank Castillo, Eagar; sons, Darren Jaramillo, Mesa; Cory (Pamela) Jaramillo, Eagar; Frankie (Jeanie) Castillo, Missoula, Montana; brother, Andres Jaramillo, grandchildren, April (Luke) Eagar, Eagar; Durand (Ashley) Jaramillo, Eagar; Darrienne Jaramillo, Springerville; Niko Jaramillo, Zachary Jaramillo, Claire Marie Castillo and great grandchildren, Beau, Kody, Reagan and Ryan. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Teddy Joe Jaramillo and brothers, Benjamin Jaramillo and Delfino Jaramillo.
